Fleet accounts are sized against each mechanic's real capacity and onboarded by a short assessment, so the response-time promise stays honest for every member. Larger or mixed fleets are quoted directly. Call (254) 321-1551 to set up a fleet account.
Call in a breakdown as a member and we don't reach you within 2 hours during service hours (1 hour for Full Deployment), that service call is free. No questions asked. That's the promise this membership is actually selling.
Membership is capped at 150 households per mechanic, with fleet accounts counted against that same capacity by vehicle, so every member gets the response time we promise, not a call center queue.
