The Job

You'll run a fully equipped service truck and handle repairs on-site, at a customer's home, their workplace, or the shoulder of the road, instead of a fixed shop bay. Most calls are diagnostics, brakes, batteries, starters, alternators, A/C service, and general maintenance; some are bigger teardown jobs. You'll give the customer a straight answer on what's wrong and what it costs before you start turning wrenches, and you'll be the one showing up when a member's guarantee-backed breakdown call comes in.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair vehicles on-site: batteries, brakes, starters, alternators, A/C, oil and fluid service, and general maintenance across most makes and models.
Give customers an honest, plain-language explanation of the problem and the cost before starting work.
Run scheduled membership visits and respond to breakdown calls within the guaranteed arrival window.
Keep the service truck stocked, organized, and road-ready.
Log completed work clearly so the customer and the shop both have a record of what was done.

What You Bring

Hands-on automotive repair experience; ASE certification preferred but not required if the skill is there.
Valid driver's license and a clean-enough driving record to run a company vehicle.
Your own basic hand tools (the truck, diagnostic equipment, and specialty tools are provided).
Comfortable talking directly with customers, plainly and without a sales pitch.
Able to work independently and be trusted with the standard this business is built on.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

What We Offer

Pay

$33.00–$45.00 / hour, based on experience and ASE certification.

Company-stocked service truck and diagnostic equipment provided.

Schedule

Full-time, on-site work. No shop bay, no fixed waiting room.
